Products and Services
A range of materials and products are available to ensure that a child’s learning experience stays exciting, interesting and fun.
Po10chil Educational Centre is a practise that offers a variety of child related services. Our main service (currently) is Remedial Support. Remedial Support involves intensive individual assistance in the areas of learning where the learner experiences problems and we additionally address perceptual skills which have not been mastered yet.
After learners have been assessed to determine problem areas, an individual program is compiled for each learner and, depending the outcome of the assessment, several sessions per week will be recommended. A comprehensive report of the outcome of the assessment will be provided to the parents. To facilitate progress, it is recommended that a learner attends at least one session per week over a period of at least 6 months. A follow-up assessment will be done every two to three months to determine the progress of the learner and to provide the parents with feedback.
A child can join at any time between the ages of 4 and 12 years when a problem is detected. The earlier the better.
